Software Sales Professional (Hybrid or Remote)

Geometric Solutions - Remote - Full Time

Geometric Solutions is actively seeking a Software Sales Professional to join our team!

Responsibilities 

  • Report to Geometric Solutions Managing Director
  • Build, grow, and leverage a client base within the Software Sales Group 
  • Grow new markets for software sales with customers in various markets including automotive and aerospace 

  • Expand sales through direct interaction with customer contacts 

  • Prepare and present responses to RFPs, RFIs, and unsolicited proposals 

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the market segment 

  • Cultivate strong customer relationships to achieve company revenue goals 

  • Prepare for and attend monthly sales review meetings 

  • Deliver professional sales presentations 

  • Attend trade shows as appropriate & other duties as assigned 

Qualifications 

  • Software Sales background – preferably in the selling of the Siemens suite of products 

  • Superior sales ability, management skills, and leadership qualities 

  • Financial, business planning, presentation, and negotiation skills 

  • 2+ years of experience in software sales (solution selling) 

  • Solid understanding of PLM – Product Life Cycle Management 

  • Ability to work independently and complete duties and projects with little direct supervision 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Internet 

  • Excellent verbal and written skills 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

  • Sales experience selling the Siemens suite of products
